My subwoofer blew in my 2009 doublecab. I'm not a big audiophile so I would like to replace it with the OEM speaker or cheaper. Just sick of hearing the tearing noise it makes. Googling around I can't find much. Any help? If anyone has the unit lying around after they replaced theirs I'm willing to buy. Thanks.

    I thought it was 8in?

Also, that sub looks like it may not fit since it isn't a shallow mount. Meaning the magnet sticks out too far back.

remember that the mounting hole and flange width are the really important measurements here too, as well as depth. You measured 7 7/8" outer diameter of the speaker, or was that the diameter of the opening?

There are various 7" woofers out there here and there - if we know what the measurements are, and the ohm rating of the driver, it shouldn't be hard to match something up

or take the time and build a proper setup:)
You can easily buy an aftermarket 8 inch sub, build a nice ported box for it and supply it with 500wrms and have a smile on ur face for much less than u think
