Hey, I just got an V6 4.0 Liter Auto 06 Taco Access Cab SR5 with the TRD Offroad sticker, & want to make sure it is a TRD. It has the push button rear locker, but doesn't have the RSCA, DSC or the anti slip switch. See attached picture. Can I tell by the vin if it is a TRD offroad, & where do I look it up? How do I know it has curtain airbags? Thanks, for any tips.

I don't think that is the rear locker button. Looks just like my 2012 TRD Sport.

This is the panel for my 2014 OR package. You are missing the button that says "RR DIFF LOCK".

To look for curtain airbags, look above the top of the "A" pillar plastic shroud, if you see a square plastic button that says "SRS" you have them.

Thats a TRD sport, it has Limited slip diffrental which 2006's can have that what the traction control button at the bottum left is for. The RSCA off button is for turning off your side air bags. Id say your looking at a TRD sport cause only TRD sports come with those features and the 400 / 600 watt button for the outlet in the rear.

Like everyone else said, it's a TRD Sport.

That is not his truck. He states he does not have the buttons he circled in the pic. He is wondering why his truck doesn't have the buttons.

If you have side airbags, look at the area behind the door, and there will be a little plastic placard stating airbag. If it's not there, you probably don't have them.
