I'm pretty much clueless about lifts

My truck has 200k miles with stock suspension products

I want to get some extra clearance for bigger rims and tires
Like 3" in the front 2" in the back

I've looked at many types of lift from toytec levels to rancho quick lifts

I don't know if I need to replace the shock or if I can get away with maybe a spacer with oem parts

These are two products I've had my eye on but still not sure with the mileage I have on mine

Any other links you suggest would be appreciated
    Thanks
