So as suspected, I lost the bumper/headlight filler on a 10 mile dirt road this past weekend.

The clips/retainers for the 95-97 grille are a joke.

Is there something idiotic about adding a bit of super glue to the filler piece so that it bonds to the retainer clips?

The filler piece is cheap from rockauto, but the process of color matching it will added up if these PsOS keep falling out.

I epoxied mine on. Just a small dab and it's held for 2 years so far. Super glue won't last.

    Cool.

So nothing idiotic about doing that?

The only thing I see behind the filler piece is the bolt that holds the fender to the core support?
