Power Outlet Ground

    I have lost my power outlet ground, any ideas?

    The only mod I have done prior to noticing the loss of ground was I cut the white/green striped wire to the DRL module.

    The wiring diagram says the ground runs to the left and right edge of the reinforcement, I am guessing this is the reinforcement behind the center of the dash and lower trim pieces?

    Thanks for any help, it has me flustered at the moment.
