2014 DCTRDOR, looking to put either a Toytec Ultimate or Toytec OME 3" lift on it, along with sway bar disconnects. Should I do extended brake lines if I plan to offroad without the sway bar? What if I use small spacers to get 3" full lift?

You "should" get extended brake lines, but it isn't absolutely necessary. At full suspension droop and full steering lock, the stock line will be stretched very tight. It'll probably reduce the life of the line, but won't fail right away.

The maintenance program requires a brake fluid flush every 4 years or so. You can plan for it then.

There are no practical sway bar disconnects available for 2nd gen Tacomas. Because the links attach to the spindle, simply removing the link will cause the sway bar end to poke through the CV boot.
