Hey All, I'm new to the posting business, but I love my 2010 4x4 base Tacoma. The vehicle has NOT been in any accidents and has no mods. The tires in front have been wearing unevenly, so I had an alignment done. The SAI, included angle, and the cross camber are all off, and the dealer doesn't cover it in their alignment service. Has anybody had problems with SAI, included angle, or cross camber?

    Thanks in advance

    LittleRedRider,
My Tacoma is a stock 2012 4x4DC (with no accidents) that's had 2 alignments so far. I noticed outer wear on my driver's side front tire at 15,800 miles. The dealer performed the alignment and rotated the tires, I asked them about the need for the alignment so soon. They said Toyota recommends alignment every 10,000 to 15,000 miles. That kind of surprised me because I've had other vehicles (car and SUV) that never needed an alignment. At 23,000 I noticed more wear, the dealer checked the alignment and said it was okay. At nearly 30,000 I noticed continuing wear, the dealer checked the alignment (attached) and it was out again.
I asked them if this was normal, they said it appears that Tacomas and Tundras are a little more sensitive to alignment issues than other vehicles. I think it is shame because I avoid bad road conditions, I'm cautious with my truck and have not been off road.
    Has anyone else had issues?
    Thanks
