2006 Tacoma Prerunner overheated at 150k

    So here is my story... Driving back from Tahoe and my truck overheated in Lancaster (105 degree day). Took Toyota and they replaced thermostat, replaced radiator, and still tested to overheat, I have not driven it since so I don't know the overheatedness in its current state. Toyota wants to check/replace head gasket, if that's not the reason for overheating, they want to check if the header is cracked. Anyone been in a similar situation?
