Searched but didn't see this covered

I replaced lower and upper ball joints and inner and outer tie rods about 3 weeks ago. Adjusted toe best we could afterwards and drove to alignment shop, vehicle was aligned but I didn't get a spec sheet. Afterwards I start noticing a clunk when shifting into reverse, turning, and going over bumps. After searching forums and chasing the noise all over the truck I found a post about loose alignment cam bolts causing this noise; sure enough that was it. I tightened the nut that faces the front bumper that is hidden by the factory 'skid plate' on the passenger side. The bolt was no where near 100ftlbs which is what I think is the right torque value. Driver side nut was tight. I torqued the loose nut, was this a mistake? Never saw the alignment cams move. Should I go to the alignment shop check/redo alignment?

Tl/dr? Upper, lower Bj and tie rod ends replaced. Aligned, new noise, turns out loose alignment bolt. Torqued it but maybe that was a mistake? Check alignment? hassle alignment shop?

    Thanks, ray
