Will having non working TPMS sensors affect the ATRAC on my '13 TRD off road?

I am thinking about using a second set of rims (with non working TPMS sensors) to mount offroad tires to use when I am off roading. My daily driving rims will maintain the factory highway treads along with the factory TPMS sensors. Since I will be off roading monthly I want to be able to switch between the offroad set of rims and onroad rims without having to reprogram my TPMS sensors. The only TPMS sensors I will have working are the ones on my factory rims.

^Imagine how inconvenient it would be if airing down for traction disabled A-Trac. ;)
