Hey everyone my name is Justin, and I live in Northern New Jersey. I Just wanted to say hello, and take the time to say that this site is great I've been hanging around for a bit reading up on topics and admiring all of your trucks. I envoy some of you ;) also thank you for letting me join the community.

I just recently picked up a 2013 super white Tacoma double cab TRD Offroad with 11,000mile on the odometer about a month ago. I came from a 2007 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew with 142,000 miles on the clock that was having numerous issues. Horrible Transmission slip, bed rot, and numerous faulty sensors. Just to name a few, so needless to say I had to get rid of it before something happened to it.

I went into the car search not even considering a Tacoma. I wasn't even considering an import at all. I'm a domestic guy, or I was LOL! The dealer pointed me towards this Tacoma after looking at some other trucks first, and before he even said a word I told him I didn't even want to look at it and had no interest in it at all. Well lets just say I made a fool of myself. That night I went home and I really started thinking about that Tacoma and weighing my options. It was a great buy, it was practically new and I didn't really need a full size truck. Well the next day I was driving home in it.

The truck is amazing The gas mileage is night and day, the ride quality is great and the 4WD capabilities are by far next to none. I never thought I would be driving a Toyota let alone owning one and loving it. Greatest car purchase I've made yet by far. Here's some pictures (They're not great). The truck is stock besides a tonneau cover and vent visors. Thanks again guys, good to be here.

Thanks guys, I'm very happy to be here, I hope to learn a lot about these trucks. Heck I already have.

Charlie g, I'm out in the Stillwater area, west of Newton.
