So I took my truck to the body shop. Everything is within 1mm. Bed to cab gaps are just a result of the rear bed sides shifting a little mounted to the plastic inner bed. I have taken my truck to two different dealers now but still have not been able to find the cause of the clunk and every so slightly off handling. I'm thinking the clunk (which is only on the driver side over sharp bumps and cracks in the road) is either the ome shock blown or the steering column? When I had my alignment done everything was pretty close to the alignment I got before going offroading expect toe in was about 2.5 degrees off. Any ideas?
