    Hello,
I am new, I just bought my Tacoma Sept. 1, I rushed to get one of the last regular cabs!

Here is my problem. When I spray the windshield washer the wipers don't come on. It will empty the entire windshield washer fluid reservoir if you let it without ever wiping it away. Has anyone else had this problem?

Its going in under warrantee Saturday but I am curious about anyone else having the problem.

That's perfectly normal with the non-intermittent wiper stalk switch in the base models, you're expected to turn the wipers on manually when washing. BUT, you can easily upgrade to the intermittent stalk (plug and play) which will give you the "auto-wipe-with-wash" feature. Search the threads here on TW, you'll find the DIY instructions. Its literally a 10-15 minute job, and about $120 IIRC.

Actually this should be a feature; you can give it a good spraying/soaking before the wipers waste it. I will slightly activate the sprayer (slight/quick pull of the stalk) so that the wipers DON"T come on immediately..gives the bug turds a bit of soak bf using the wipers.
