2007 Urd Mk3 Supercharger Map Ecu3 calibration

Hi. I already bought a Tacoma 2.7 l Mk3 Urd supercharger kit wish comes with a map ecu3 module wish come preprogramed, when i connected every single wire as was described in instructions my engine works very good 3000 RPM until 7000 RPM however from 1200RPM to 3000RPM my engine works like if were out of time, does any body here can help me with this.

My engine is in perfect condition so if i unplug Map Ecu3 and only work with oem ecu module, works perfectly.
