Cold Air Intake with Blue Piping and Filter

My buddy gave this to me but I ended up getting a K&N for a great price, so I don't need this anymore. It's in good shape and the filter is washable. It has around 5k miles on it is all. Would like to get $60 shipped for it.

Do you know what brand that is? And will it fit a 2013?

 

What did this come off of?

 

It came off of my friends 2007 Tacoma Prerunner V6. He ran it for a short time before trading the truck in and removing everything. He gave it to me for my truck but I found other routes to take.

I believe it is Autogrimmig brand if I am not mistaken, an eBay manufacturer that produces them based on the HPS intake system. They make generic intakes for all kinds of vehicles based on other people's designs. All but the heat shield there isn't much difference between this and other manufacturers.

Is this all one assembly under the hood or does it fit into the fender well to draw air ?
