Ok thanx guys. I'm going to dismount my front tire/wheels today and re-torque and check over everything.

I checked over everything this evening. All nuts and bolts were nice and tight. I lifted the truck up and down on the jack a few times and the TC uca's seem to be absolutely quiet. The noise I'm hearing seems to be coming from the Icons. Looks like it is just the coils on the icons compressing and decompressing. I'm thinking this may be normal, but it is kinda annoying.
