So my front turn signals don't work. Rear ones work fine. When I turn on the hazards, only the rear turn signals flash.

I changed out the bulbs and I tried a new flasher relay. None of that had any effect.

    Any ideas?

If you connect a volt meter to the bulb socket and engage the signal, are you getting current? Sounds like you aren't if you put in new bulbs and no joy. Do the front signals have a different fuse? Never checked that before, so I have no idea
