I called to Toyota today to set up a transmission flush and refill as I will be driving across country towing a trailer. My truck is a 35k and I know I could wait but I wanted to get this done. I was told that it is 100k for that service by the dealership. Any insights I was thinking 60k was now the standard. Does any one have anything official from Toyota on this?

Normal driving 100,000 miles. Tow daily/weekly and depending how heavy you tow you can consider doing it anywhere between 30,000 and 60,000. If I were you I would go on the roadtrip and when you return tell your dealer you returned from towing cross country and would like a drain and refill - the tech might agree with you.
