I'm looking to purchase some new front headlights. I have the BHLM done to mine but the outside of them are pretty rough. I've tried to sand them and re-gloss them but i'm finally just tired of fooling with them. I was looking on Ebay and found some like these for just $100 already blacked. Anyone bought some like these before? I don't want to drop $400-$600 in headlights/halo's and i don't mind the stock look blacked out.

I'm not going to be taking them apart with them already black. Thats why i was wondering if they were any moisture issues or anything from the start!

no need to take apart. just add sealant to them to make sure you get no moisture in them. as a precaution. i did that to mine and had them for over 4 years now.

I've been running mine for a couple months, no problems so far. I had to aim them as out of the box they pointed really high.

Just seal the seam with silicone from Lowes or Homie, easy to do and great insurance. Many, many threads on this topic.

A friend of mine has them on his Taco and they have worked great for him, he has had them since around June of this year. I just received mine but haven't put them in yet. One of the screws holding my grill surround is just spinning and with temps in the teens and 20's, not really wanting to work on it.
