leaf packs needed?

truck has 210,xxx miles and is in need of suspension overhaul. 2002 extra cab, stock. looking at OME setup, my leafs are flat or worse. wondering if I could just add the add a leaf option, instead of new leaf pack. I can afford the kit without the leaf packs, but can not come up with the extra $ for the leaf pack for a while. new guy, asking for any opinions, if this made any sense. thanks

 

if they are flat they need to go

try sourcing a good set from a wrecked truck at the salvage yard to save money

just make sure its a front collision so they aren't bent or twisted
