    If you go underneath where the fog light plastic there is two screws unscrew them it will come out the middle part.

    When you buy the fog light it comes with wire harness this how my setup

    Yours looks so cool.. hahha I have exactly the same truck as yours. 2013 tocoma 4 banger SR5!!!! but mine is black. i painted the rims black too!! so far i love it so much.... you using the stock tires, arent you? i am thinking getting the LT 265/ 75/16 tires..but i am not sure about the look. is it gonna look cooler than the original?:confused::D
