Can someone help with 91 toyota pickup?!

My dads 1991 toyota pickup cranks but won't start. I changed the spark plugs and cables can someone help? It's a 1991 4cyl

 

are you getting fuel ?
did you try spraying a very small mist of fuel down the throttle to see if it fires ?

what are the symptoms of a bad coil/ignitor because I am pretty sure it's not getting good spark it does get fuel by the way

 

Well replaced the coil maybe it's not getting gas??

 

make sure the engine to frame ground is good, ive seen this happen to a few of my buddies toyotas and check for spark, if thats not it also check the airbox thingy whatever its called is plugged in, ive seen em back off from the metal clip breaking or gone
