    I trust this site for anything LED that I need. Not the cheapest but good quality.

    I wouldnt be surprised if they are the same as a lot of the "name brand" LED's that are on the market but in a generic package. There are only so many companies oversees that make them. Its the same as tires. Most "off-brand" tires are made by the big tire companies since only a few companies mold tires. A lot of time they use the same under carcass as the big brand tread designs.

    Yup, but I'd rather spend the extra money for better customer service and any problems I have with the product I buy.

    I strongly believe in paying for what you get... superbrightleds.com has worked for me for going on 5 years now and not a bulb has blown, I have all my lights in my truck replaced with them and Ill spend the extra money for piece of mind

    While I agree with the idea of wanting quality LEDs from a quality place, Superbright LEDs had to start off as a nobody themselves. In the case of THIS linked company, it looks like they are wholesalers of a LOT of different goods. Not sure if I would buy from them or not. Perhaps find out where they are located, and then do a BBB search for complaints?

    More of a light spot all the light will be only off the tip where as one with LEDs all around spreads the beam

    I've used these guys for plenty of electronics stuff. First rate company. Didn't really pay any attention to their automotive stuff, I'll check it out.

    So would like some advice from any/all regarding a suberbrightleds buy I'm planning;
    As near as I can tell; the three below are the CK good for a '12 prerunner. I'm not particularly interested in the switchback, but want to take best advantage of the led low current/cool operation and get decent light output for the drl's. I'm noticing some discoloration around the front drl sockets/slight burned smell. Plus, the issue i see with switchbacks is they don't offer a running light option of low intensity running lights with the headlights)
    So amber 2 intensity is good enough and they all have CK stock codes...
    First: which one is recommended? highest brightness, directional...
    https://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/tail-brake-turn/3157-led-bulb-dual-intensity-25-led/804/
    https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...led-bulb-dual-intensity-45-smd-led-tower/903/
    https://www.superbrightleds.com/mor...-ck-led-bulb-dual-intensity-18-smd-tower/902/
    Second: Not into modding the flasher, and plan to run leds only in front; so can i install the load resistors on the back turn signal wiring and avoid the loading full time in DRL mode (resistors would kick in only in turn signal action)?
