220K Maintenance for 3RZ ?

I have 3RZ 2.7L with 220,xxx miles on it just wondering what I should replace or have checked. So far I have replaced :

- Cat
- Exhaust Manifold & Gasket
- Front Main Seal
- Water Pump & Gasket
- Rear Brakes & Drums
- Front Brakes & Rotors
- PCV Valve & Gorment
- EGR Valve
- EGR Temp Sensor
- EGR Vacuum Regulator
- VSV for EGR
- Charcoal Canister
- Cleaned Trottle Body
- Seafoam in Gas & Vacuum Line

If theres anything else you guys would recommend me replacing or having looked at please tell me, As of right now Im having a exhaust leaking or ticking sound at very low acceleration Im thinking it is and exhaust leak or either the valves need to be adjusted.

The only thing I would recommend is to have the valve lash checked. Other than a bad valve these things go for quite awhile.

 

I'm at 244k, just rebuilding the head now, because valve adjust was not done by pervious owner. I say check the valves.
