How do you think they would hold up to off road use with all the bumps and what not? Reason I ask is I have 9 security camera's at my house, one fell off a window ledge on tile (2ft) and it did something to the sensor and the picture was never right after that. It worked but there was no video at all. I'm not sure what type of wheeling OP does but I've been in a few trucks that have hit some heavy bumps that I would think could damage a mounted camera.

Big bumps might destroy a cheap camera that is designed for a stationary mount. That's why I specified cheap cameras. This would, I assume, be experimental anyway.

I would think it could damage them as well. I agree to test with go cheap and expect to break it.

What could be cool is WiFi cameras and have a router in the glove box.
