Haha, FWIW I like Alex Jones, he gets a little out there sometimes but I'll say this, you'd have to look far & wide to find someone who knows & understands constitutional law & it's interpretation better than he does, I've looked up some of his references to executive orders & statutes & gotta say, he was spot on in his claims...

It's two-fold, they're in prison , have the time, have library access, so it'd seem natural that they'd educate themselves on the laws & implementation of said laws that put them in prison in the first place....

& the wheels on the bus go 'round & 'round....;)

I think it's the bleeding out of every orifice the human body has in ebola's final blows, or maybe the emulsification of body organs...

MMmmmm, profuse bleeding & rotting flesh, always a crowd favorite...

Wouldn't it be beneficial for a country to limit its exposure to ANY virus/disease before it reaches its border? That answer would be yes. Having said that, let's have a flashback to 2010:

    http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0809/25814.html

In short: The Obama administration withdrew updated quarantine regulations in 2010, prompting questions about how the policy change may have impacted the current Ebola situation.

In April 2010, Politico reported the administration “quietly dumped quarantine rules that would have required air passengers to submit more information to airlines and strengthened the government's authority to detain travelers suspected of carrying disease.”

    Your government at work......
