    All you will be needing is 2 hoses, 2 screws to bolt down the MFS, and figure out how to attach the intake bracket to the valve cover. Everything else will line up fine (You'll be able to attach the engine cover no problem), and the MFS will fit no problem.

    Here are a few pictures of the 4-Runner K&N intake on a Tacoma:
