sneak peak. Cali lean for now. I should drive it around like that, but got the front done sunday then went to joeys house to get the all pros. Nice dude by the way, Installing the rear springs and lines tomorrow. Waiting on fedex to drop my correct lug nuts off since the standard accorn type only catches 4 threads so extended shanks on the way from procomp. Went through 6 bfgs to get 4 decent ones. The local firestone has a account with us so they pretty much mounted all of them and balanced all 6 for 50 bucks

timbo, i honestly think those wheels are gonna look SICK!!!!

yotagolf, for what it's worth, i used to think the same thing as you, i've purchased 3 cars from afar now, and the only way i have been told by the dmv was the way that came out of that donut eater... :)

now these are just my opinions and by no means fact, but I would THINK that since most of us are ignorant, with a bill of sale and title, the cops would likely be more lenient, and also if thinking of putting another tag (that is currently or not currently registered) on your vehicle to prevent being stopped is also a bad idea, because I believe it's a misdemeanor, so in my opinion, better to drive with no tag, than the wrong tag, and again, just my opinion, not trying to argue with people, possibly someone can comment on the no tag vs wrong tag, although i am aware both are illegal

Remember ignorance of the law is not a defense.... Remember I DID NOT MAKE THESE LAWS YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS DO. Most cops really don't care if you are just driving the thing home. HOWEVER!!, there is always ONE lone Cowboy. Also, I gotta admit, PISS me OFF, (IE..your being an ass to the guy that was going to give you a break) and you'll take the ride for it hands down. Petty, yes, but if ya gotta go ya gotta go. You go to jail and I go back to eating donuts. Thanks for playin game over.

k9cop i will admit you are right. I called the dmv this morning and you do need a plate to drive. Some cops may let you get away with it but there is always a chance you get the ones who wont let you get away with it. Better play it safe + legal and just get the plate be4 driving.

Honestly haven't had a chance to hook any of my leds up yet:mad:
I did throw them on a drill battery and they seem decently bright but can't comment on them actually behind the truck yet.

    mine are off brand, these:

it's got like an oily greasy texture to it and it smells greasy. I know it's not brake fluid...doesnt smell like it nor do the brake lines appear that they are leaking anything anywhere. it also all over the hitch underneath as well.
