New to TW- 09 Tacoma in Sakhalin Islands Russia

    I just purchased an 09 dclb TRD sport. It is offroad heaven here in Russia since most roads aren't paved and the island is begging to be explored. I have never modified a truck so this will be my first. I have been researching the forums and assuming I can import what I need, think I will be going with the following mods soon:
    1. 2.5-3" coil over lift with UCAs. Haven't decided on icon, fox or king. Might depend on availability. Not sure about the rear. The stage 3 icon lift makes things simple.
    2. Winch. Not sure which type or how I will mount it. I might bring back an undercover mount in my united luggage when I come back to Russia from Christmas. There are winches on 5% of the SUVs here so I don't think finding one will be a problem.
    3. Snorkel. Many many river crossings so this is a must. I see that an Australian company makes one specifically for the tacoma. I will try to order that one. I will need to look into how to waterproof what needs to be water proofed.
    4. 33" tires or so. Still deciding on which size exactly and what type of wheel. 16 or 17 I guess.

    All of the above is assuming I can find the parts or can order them.

    And the camper will come off! Only to be used when camping near all of these bears out here

    Putting winter tires on for the snow. Took some pics while the tires were off. Looks like a spacer lift. Are these the stock shocks?

    Installed the Undercover HMWS winch mount and a Stokrat 12k winch. My truck looks like it has nipple rings!

    Waiting on my OME suspension and ARB rear lockers to arrive. Couldn't get fox, icon or king coil overs over here. image.jpgimage.jpg
