Some time ago I had what I suspected was this issue and took the calipers off the rotors, removed the pads, and then cleaned the calipers inside and out with brake cleaner and then soap and water and a brush. After they were dry I sprayed every part of the caliper (with the rotors masked off <g>) with spray silicone until it was dripping off. When that was dry I eased the pads back in and bolted the calipers back over the rotors. The brakes never hung up again after that. Of course maybe it was just a coincedence. <g>
