This has only happened to me once, yesterday, but I was hoping someone would have some sort of idea of what might cause this. I have a feeling the dealership will tell me nothing is wrong...

I was exiting on interstate and on an onramp to another, I was going probably 35-40mph and as I touched my breaks they slammed on and I wasn't able to steer for about 2 seconds. It caused me to pass into the left lane, and almost into a cement barrier. I had the truck towed and it is at the dealership now.

It's a new 2014 Tacoma, I'm the original owner, only work I've had done was a leveling kit which was done at the dealership. It has 7300 miles on it.

Dealer immediately, leave it there until it's fixed. No question about it.

I've had the lift for several months now and haven't had any previous issues. Would there be anything specific that would cause the VSC to engage?
