truck wont start

    i have a 99 tomoca it wont start, changed the starter nonthing. radio wont come on, when i try to start it not a thing, battery is 12.9 amps
    starter is good

    Sounds like a fuse to me. Check your fuses.

    Radio out as well to me indicates a fuse, relay, or short rather than a mechanical malfunction
