Just used my Wolfgang Tire/Wheel Cleaning Kit for the first time.

The cleaner works great on both the rubber and my (spray) painted wheels. I really like that product.

It not only cleaned off all the dried on dirt, grime and mud but it also got off the ridiculous glossy tire gel Discount Tire applied to my new tires without my consent.

The tire dressing is a bit awkward to use. They call it a gel but it is as liquid as water. For my 31x10.5 r15 tires I had to apply three lines of the liquid across the foam applicator in order to get enough on the sidewall.

I do not like glossy tires at all so I immediately wiped it off after the initial application (per the instructions).

It's not as satin as I would have liked, it's a bit glossier, but it is a very nice dressing.

I'll see if it performs as claimed: Lasts weeks, penetrates and conditions the rubber unlike the cheap tire shines which actually dry out the rubber, won't turn that horrible light brown color, etc...
