CV joint issue with 2.5" coilover lift and UCAs?

I have been researching the forums for months and think I have decided on what my set up will be. I have an 09 dclb 4x4 tacoma and will be going with the stage 3 icon lift (coil overs plus uca) and 285/75/16 (I guess the tire size is irrelevant to cv joint issues). Will I need to do anything to prevent CV joint issues? I will be sending this lift kit to Russia (where there aren't many tacomas and repairs might take a while) so I would appreciate any advice on the topic.

I've been running the same setup for years but recently went to 315s. You'll be fine.
