Looking for advice with rims and tire size

Hello i just got my 2011 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 double cab. I was looking to get 17in rims but wasnt sure if i moved up to 32s if it would rub cause right now i run a p265/70/R16 and not rub at all. So get the 17in rims and stay with 31in tires?? all advice is helpful thank you

 

You can go up to a 265/75/16 and not rub with 16's, so 265/70/17 would be the largest on stock suspension. It's all in the sticky.

Thank you so ill just get new tires and a inch bigger rim but with the rims i want are 17 x 8.5 then theres options for lug length i believe 5x5 5x150 5x5.5 then so on would the 5x5 be fine or have to go ask tire shop?

 

I'm not 100% sure what you mean by lug length? Make sure that isn't lug spacing - since Tacoma's are a 6 lug. Hopefully someone else can chime in with a better answer.

Edit - looks like you need a 6 lug wheel with 5.5" spacing.
