I'm Alan from Ottawa ON Canada and Salvage NL Canada. Interested in perhaps buying a Tacoma. Generally a fan of Toyota, but have been hearing stories about rusty frames. Apparently they keep on having this problem?
Also hear there is a buy back program?

I have a 2007 and I just had a service campaign on the frame. No charge, they even gave me a rental for 2 days. They cleaned up the frame rust and then linexed it pretty much.
