    So some how my remote to unlock my truck went out while i was using it and of course when i need it, Dont know where the spare is.... So i just changed the battery to the old one and still no work. Would i have to reprogram or what to get it to start working?? Any help would be appreciated.

    Very rare that a remote loses programming. Doesn't hurt trying to re add it.

    Just do a registration for the remote.(as mentioned above) It's easy enough to do, if it doesn't work you know your remote is toast
