I have a v8 4 runner, so my experience with a shaking front end at 30+ was bad axles. It would sometime be there sometime not. No clicking no leaking. I found it out when I was under the truck and I touched everything for a good half hour. Then got to the drivers side outer joint that went into the wheel hub. It moved back and forth and had play. Other side did not. That's my shaking.

Drivability. Timing might be off or worse, burnt / cracked valve. That's how it feels in other cars I had with this problem.
