I have scratches all over my Yota and I'm trying to remove them

Should I use the paint pen applicator or a rub on scratch remover like turtle wax brand etc...

I've heard mcguiers scratch x is amazing but I haven't used it personally. Some have noted that its erased pinstripes.

I've used the pen. On light scratches from Bushes offroading it works ok.
But looking at this scratch X 2.0 might be worth a try for $8 on Amazon.
