Kudos to All Pro for Customer Service!

Gotta give PROPS to All-Pro. After placing my order with them I noticed that they had charged me tax even though they are now in MT NOT CA (where I live, unfortunately) I got a quick reply from Kurtis explaining that they had to pay CA tax through April (figures, this state gouges you every chance they get) but that he had refunded me the tax anyway! THAT is customer service! I honestly didn't care about the amount, again it was the principle (the government gets WAY too much of our money already). The rule is supposed to be that you are only charged tax ordering items on the internet if the company you are buying from has a "presence in the state" (store front, warehouse, etc.). Kurtis went above and beyond as far as I am concerned, and I will check them out any time I need something they sell.
