New member here. Quick question...I went to my local dealer to buy a new 2015. I picked a Pyrite mica color with the Texas edition wheels and my only request is it had to have navigation. Signed the papers - went back to pick up the truck and the salesman says bad news...no nav on this truck. I said fine just order the unit and put it in. According to the dealer no can do. Must come from the factory. What's up with that?

Don't accept the truck if you don't want it!

Check your paperwork, if it says Nav in there then demand the truck you signed the paperwork for. If it's not on paper, you may still want to talk to the manager or someone because you got hosed by the salesman.

The salesman admitted the mistake. They cancelled the paperwork. I tried to get them to order the truck but they said 4 to 5 months. Total BS. I called another dealership. They promised 6 - 8 weeks. headed there monday
