I'm new to tacomaworld but here it goes.
I recently bought a pair of used Icon coilovers w/ reservoirs and It seems that the driver side canister was over tightened and is sticking out at an angle toward the tire. .the canister can not be mounted as the hose twists when trying to force it over to the bracket, the twist is making the hose to short to reach the mounting bracket not to mention the potential damage to the hose it's self. My question is can I loosen the nut that attaches the hose to the canister in order to properly align the reservoir/canister Please offer any advice you have, As I cannot mount the reservoir until I fix the problem. Thanks TW guys

I would not loosen the nut, as you will lose pressure that way..

I had a difficult time getting my resi's into the mounts as well.. although.. mine were brand new, and Kings.. but i had to force them into place.. and the hose did the same thing, making me worried of potential issues.. but.. I just needed to man handle it in there, and all is well.

maybe yours is the same.. if not, i would suggest taking it to your local offroad shop who can adjust that hose, and refill if necessary.

Thanks moose, that's what I did, the hose is twisted about as far as it can go and it seems to be alright, for now, just hope it doesn't leak from the ends of the hose at any point.
