If they fell on their a$$ they probably put out their hands and left two nice palm prints on the windshield/hood ???

Won't make a difference with LE if it has a print on it, methinks.

Law enforcement. If they catch a guy in the act, no problem. But they don't have the time or desire to dust a damaged car for prints, run them to see if they get a match, and then go forward. Not really evidence that a matched person caused the damage, just evidence that he touched the vehicle, anyway I think, as far as court things go. If he was on camera, sure. But that's my assumption.

My ins company cut me a check for 2680. The body shop says I'll pay them that and they will deal direct with my ins for any other charges. I will be surprised if their are not more charges.

I just finshed going through all this and that's exactly how they operate. They will find about another 1000-1500 more worth of labor or damage and have the adjuster back out to verify the extra cost overruns.

    none yet
I remember when I bought my coupe and I parked over night in a small town close by some bars and some low lives threw rocks and spited blood all over my sexy coupe. If that does not get any car owner blood boiling, I don't know what will. Some fucktards have nothing going well for themselves so their mission in life is to make others' lives as uncomfortable as possible. So sorry OP.

That's a damn shame man! Makes me wish I could just grab the little bastard that did that and smack him around a bit.

Nah...Wannabe thugs. They probably don't have the balls to attack people, so they have to pick on inanimate objects to show how manly they are. Damn pussies.
