does anybody have the measurements and names of parts I would need to hook up an ARB locker with parts from home depot, auto zone, etc. I have the arb compressor and locker installed. didnt know the air line didn't come with the compressor and I got the locker second hand. I'd like to hook it up this weekend and not pay $30+shipping for a dinky plastic line if I can make one.

    thanks for the help.:D

Visit any decent heavy duty truck parts supplier in your area, 1/8 or 5/32 plastic air line is used on fuller air-shift truck transmissions and will do nicely for your ARB locker. Should be able to get whatever fittings you need as well, and a 12v solenoid valve if you don't already have one.

well I didnt think the air line would be to hard its just the brass or whatever fittings to hook it up that I need. they also have to withstand about 100 Psi so it cant be rigged to much.

The truck air lines typically run well over 100psi. do yourself a favor and buy twice what you need ( it's cheap) and a couple of push pull unions as trail side repairs. Murph's law says you won't need them but a friend will and lets face it you're not going home till he does right?

way over kill and real expensive. The problem is finding a line the correct length with correct ends. The flex stuff is plenty strong. I think more problems are caused by improper length ( not enough room for flex) or getting caught on a trail hazard because of shoddy installation. The Aussies pretty much have the off road thing figured out ….trust their knowledge.
