    Howdy!

Just sold my 1997 locked and lifted cruiser that I had for ten years. It had a 3" old man emu lift, 35" Mickey Mtz's, and arbs and lots of other stuff. Used it as a daily driver and for hunting and fishing in wyoming.

I now live in central oregon and bought a 2014 double cab short bed off road with a topper. I know I won't be wheeling it that hard and will be using it just for trails to hunt and fish and a daily driver.

I'm completely happy with truck except the crap bfg open country tires and mudflaps. Going to replace with Mickey atz. Thing is, I'm torn on getting a lift. I know the stock set up is just fine for how I use the truck. I've learned from my previous vehicle. Lifted tacomas look great and tough, but I'm just trying to see what others think about running 265's on stock suspension.

    Thanks for your input.

Welcome to TW. I am sure you would find a ton of info on tires by using the search tool and you will probably get replies in your message as well. Congrats on your purchase
