I have a retrofitted set of headlights with H1 35w bulbs for only a few months and the passenger side headlight is out

Can the bulb already be burnt up that quick
    Or maybe the ballast ??

Easiet way to test is swap bulbs. If it moves, bulb. If not, ballast or wiring.

I have DDM. I'm not impressed. Good luck with customer service. They do not warranty bulbs, at all. (There's a story behind this)

My connector broke on my bulb, and they charged me for new ones. I also had to pay shipping there and back for their junk. And it takes a month before you get your stuff back.

Yup! Their products are hit and miss and not very good quality in general. Their customer service is 10x worse than their products, though. The initial savings is not work the headaches in the long run, folks!

My buddy went with DDM as well and two weeks after install one of his bulbs was toast. He emailed them for a replacement which they had no problem sending for free. Except when the package arrived there wasn't just one bulb...there was 5 sets of brand new bulbs! Someone must of screwed up somewhere. Now he'll always have a replacement. DDM is all shipped out from china so the quality is no where near the ones I got from the retrofit source. Pay a little extra and you wont regret it.
