Sorry for not being on here in a while....Yes you will need an alignment after the install and yes the uppers will give you the OEM alignment numbers, in fact I put a 1/2" top plate spacer on the driver's side and a 1/4" top plate spacer on the passenger side (which actually lifted the front 3 1/4") and the alignment was still dead on and hasn't came out of alignment. As far as the quality of Rancho, I have had zero issues with any of the parts (including the paint). The only thing I have changed since the original install is I took the block out and put in an AAL, the blocks did not provide enough lift and also killed my leaf pack.

So I have a 2015 Tacoma Double Cab Sport LB with the factory 4 leaf pack which most will call the TSB. So if I put these on at the 2.5 setting will I sit level? Don't need the kit with UCA's if your not going over the 2.5 you should need to get new UCA's

there are no settings for height with the QuickLIFT, only for 'ride quality', soft > hard.

i only have the coilover assembly, not the full kit. UCAs are still needed if you want a good alignment.

EDIT: forgot to add. when i first installed the coilovers, i installed a 2" AAL at the same time, truck sat pretty much level. no clue what the 4 leaf pack nets you but if it's ~2" you should be about level.

You should be able to get to factory specs on a 2.5 lift if the tech knows what they are doing. Now back to the height question, will it sit level at the 2.5 height with a 4 leaf spring pack?

ok, UCAs are highly recommended with these coilovers :D mine was within spec after initial install, it still drove like shit (but bearable) tech knew what he was doing.

No taco lean here, mine is exact same on both sides. From ground to fender and center of hub to fender. As far as unchained 5150's question, the full kit comes with an 1.25" block for the rear so if you only use the 2.5 coilovers you will be close to level but the front will probably be a little higher. I don't think the TSB leafs actually add any lift as much as more weight support, I might be wrong though.

4 leafs add a little lift compared to the standard 3 leaf. That one of the reasons people always wanted the TSB done. Did you also use new UCA's?

Get a tape measure, measure the front, measure the back and see how much higher YOUR truck sits in the rear. Then figure out what YOUR truck needs to be level. ;)

Here is a pic of my 2015 with the Rancho 2.5". Instead of the rear blocks I went with wheelers 1.5" progressive AAL.

The ride is great, just a little stiffer than stock OR suspension. With 285/75r16s on MT Classic IIIs I had to take off the front mud flaps. No rub now though.

I was nervous about getting any unwanted vibrations with the lift, but it's as smooth as stock. No noticeable vibrations from 0-95. I've had Rancho lifts on a few different trucks and the ride has been great every time.

Yes. The only thing that I did not use out of the kit was the rear blocks.
