    Hey guys,
Im not super into the audio world, but I would like a better sounding and more capable radio in my truck. I have searched and searched and read a lot about installing head units and I'm going to tackle this myself.

Here is my set up. I have an alpine CDA 9851 from an old car, and i really like this head unit in the past. below is a picture of the back of the radio.

My question is, using the 3 sets of RCA ports, can I add a bluetooth adapter as well as steering wheel controls? I know I can buy an adapter to turn the port on the far left into an RCA input as well. After looking at the back of a factory stereo, I just don't know what all of the inputs on the alpine are for.

These are the products i was looking at buying to upgrade the alpine:

    and if needed

Obviously a dash kit as well and a wiring harness. Is there anything else that I would need?

    Thanks in advance.

So I just talked to someone at cruthfield, and i guess they just got in a wiring harness that includes steering wheel control interface. Part number 249TY61S and its 89.99. So with a dash kit, bluetooth adapter and an aux input adapter, I can do this for less than $200

Thats one of the best decks every made,
The entire line 9833+ is far superior to many decks on the market today.
Most people don't realize but this deck has so many sound processing features its wild :)
