starter removal

I can't get to top bolt on 1996 Tacoma 2.7 engine & also where do I pull it out.NO ROOM

use a long wobble extension (or maybe 2) on your ratchet and maybe a u-joint as well if needed

just about everything on these trucks you need a combination of u-joints and wobble extensions to remove

You either can squeeze it out the wheel well, one person said they got it out underneath, or you have to go from the top. I moved the flexible fuels lines under my manifold and pulled it out from the top.
