Can't get little spots of my truck

I park under this tree next to my house and after not washing my truck for a week or so these spots developed and no matter how hard I scrub they won't budge. What can I use to get these things off?

Wash your truck really well then use a clay bar after prior to wax/sealant. Make sure to lubricate the clay with either a clay lubricant or even clean car soap will work. Check out the link below if u never clayed before. Same guy in both videos but he is pretty good at explaining.

^agree with the clay bar....and quit parking under that tree. meguiars and mothers sell good clay bar kits that can be purchased at any auto parts store or walmart
